About Nirmio
We help engineering students choose, understand and build projects, and get ready for their first job.
Every engineering student reaches the same moment: project work starts, ideas are hard to find, teachers have little time, and even a good idea stalls because nobody explains how to build it.
Nirmio closes that gap. We collect realistic project ideas that a student team can build in a college workshop or lab within a sensible budget, and we explain each one in simple language. The student does the building, so the student does the understanding.
A project you truly understand is also the best thing to talk about in a viva or a fresher interview. So next to projects we are building guidance on careers, interviews and resumes.
Today we cover mechanical, electrical and computer science. More branches, including electronics, are planned.

Founder, Nirmio
Mechanical engineer (B.Tech, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi) working in testing and compliance. He started Nirmio to help students with project ideas, guidance and interview preparation.

How we are different
- You build the project yourself, so you understand every part.
- We do not sell ready-made models or supply components. Buy parts wherever suits you.
- Projects are chosen to help your learning and your career, not just to pass.
- We are upfront about limits. Some projects need lab access and we mark them clearly.
Budgets and times are estimates and vary by city and college. Sketches on this site are concept illustrations, not photos of finished projects.

Fresher interview tips
- Know your project end to end: the objective, how it works, what you measured, what went wrong and what you would improve.
- Be ready to explain it in 30 seconds and in 2 minutes. Practise out loud.
- Choose a favourite subject and know its basics and real examples well. Interviewers often start there, or with your project.
- Revise the core fundamentals of your branch, not just your project.
- Keep your resume to one page and honest. Write project points with what you did and what you measured.
- If you do not know something, say so and explain how you would find out. Guessing confidently is worse.
- Prepare two or three questions to ask the interviewer about the work and the team.
- Apply widely, keep a list of where you applied, and follow up politely.
Explain your project in 2 minutes
"Tell me about your project" is the most common fresher question. Use this order:
- Problem: what was the aim?
- Idea: what did you decide to build or test?
- What you built: the main parts, in one line.
- How you tested: what you measured and with what.
- Result: what you found, with numbers.
- Learning: what you learned from it.
- Improvement: what you would change next time.
My project was [title]. The aim was to [problem]. I built [main parts] and tested it by measuring [what you measured]. I found that [result with numbers]. The main thing I learned was [learning], and next time I would [improvement].
"Tell me about yourself": a sample
Keep it under one minute. Replace the brackets with your own details.
I am [name], a [course] graduate from [college]. In college I enjoyed [subject], and my final-year project was [title], where I [one line about what you did]. I have also done [internship, training or practical work]. I am looking for a role in [field] where I can learn [what you want to learn].
HR and general practice questions
6 common questions

Hint: Connect your skills and interests to the work; do some research first. - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Hint: Give real examples; for a weakness, show how you are improving it. - Tell me about a problem you faced in your project and how you solved it.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get in the Rs. 99 guide?
A short guide for one project: what it is, how it works in simple words, the main parts, what workshop or lab you need, the results you can expect and viva questions. It does not contain the full build steps.
What is in the full project package?
Detailed design, build plan, parts list, testing procedure, report material, PPT and viva preparation for the project you choose. We prepare it after you choose your project, and we discuss the price on WhatsApp.
Do you sell ready-made models or components?
No. You build the project yourself and buy parts wherever suits you. That is how you understand your own project.
How do I order and pay, and when do I get the file?
Message us on WhatsApp with the project number. We share the payment details in the chat and send the file after we confirm your payment.
